Privacy Policy

This explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. The short version: the stamp itself is drawn on your device and is not sent to us unless you choose to save it to an account.

Your stamp design

While you are designing, everything stays in your browser. The wording, the shape, the colours, any logo you upload and the finished file are all produced on your own device. None of it reaches our servers.

An unsaved design is kept in your browser storage so a refresh does not lose your work. Clearing site data clears it.

If you sign in and save a stamp to your library, that design is stored on our servers so you can reopen it on another device. You can delete it at any time, and deleting it removes it.

What we collect

If you create an account: your email address, and anything you choose to add such as a name or a logo.

If you buy something: a record of the purchase, its amount, and the reference. Card details go to Paystack and never to us.

Basic technical information that any web server sees, such as your IP address and browser type, kept for security and troubleshooting.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for advertising.

Who else is involved

Supabase hosts the database and handles sign-in.

Vercel serves the site.

Paystack processes payments.

Resend delivers email, such as a receipt or a copy of a purchased file.

Each of these acts as a processor for us and has its own privacy terms.

Cookies and storage

We use browser storage to keep you signed in and to hold an in-progress design. These are necessary for the service to work and are not used for tracking or advertising.

There is no advertising network on this site and no third-party tracking pixel.

How long we keep things

Account data is kept while your account exists. Delete the account and it goes.

Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, typically several years, because a payment record is something we are obliged to be able to produce.

Server logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@estamplab.com and we will respond within thirty days.

If you are in the UK or the EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection regulator.

Children

This service is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
