Designing and previewing a stamp is free, with no account and no watermark on the preview. You pay for the file. If you need one stamp, pay once. If you stamp every week, a plan works out cheaper from the third stamp a month.

Which one is right

One stamp, once: pay as you go. Two stamps a month is roughly the break-even against Pro, so below that the per-stamp price is genuinely cheaper and we would rather you paid it.

A plan makes sense when you are stamping repeatedly: a mailroom running a dated received stamp, a firm issuing certified copies, anyone who needs a serial sequence that keeps counting.

Questions

Can I get stamps for my team?

Yes. The Business plans are priced per seat, so team stamps come out of one account rather than each person buying their own file. One person designs the stamp, saves it, and everybody works from the same artwork, which is the thing that goes wrong when a department buys five separate blocks and they drift apart. Signers and recipients are never charged.

Is designing really free?

Yes, and there is no watermark on the preview and no account needed. You can edit a design as long as you like and never pay anything. The charge is for the file: $1.50 for one format, $3.00 for every format in a single zip, or $6.00 for the CAD pack that adds a TIFF and a DXF.

What do I actually get for $3.00?

A transparent PNG, a white-background PNG, a JPG, high-resolution print versions of both, an SVG vector, a print-ready PDF, an EPS, and a Word file that keeps the date, time and serial as text you can retype. All in one zip, optionally password-locked.

What is the $6.00 CAD pack for?

Drawings. It is everything in the $3.00 pack plus an uncompressed TIFF at print resolution, and a DXF of the seal as linework on its own layer, drawn at 55.88mm across, which is the 2.2 inches a physical rubber stamp measures. The TIFF is there because submission portals and older document systems often list TIFF as an accepted file type and do not list PNG. The DXF is there because a seal placed on a drawing should plot as geometry rather than as a raster that prints grey and bloats the file.

Does the CAD pack include a DWG?

No, and it is worth saying why rather than leaving you to find out. DWG is a closed binary format and writing one correctly needs a licensed library, so we ship DXF instead. Every CAD program reads DXF natively and can save it out as DWG in one step, and the R12 version we write is the one that opens in everything, including free viewers and the software a stamp maker would use to cut a die. One more thing to know about the DXF: each letter is placed and rotated exactly where it sits in the design, including the wording around the ring, but your CAD program draws it in its own font, so the letterforms will not match the PNG. If the seal has to look identical to the artwork, place the TIFF; if it has to be editable linework, use the DXF.

Do I need an account?

Not to design, and not to buy. Guest checkout needs only an email address. An account is what lets you save a stamp to a library, keep a serial sequence running across downloads, and hold a subscription.

When is a subscription worth it?

From about the second stamp a month, since two full packs already cost more than a month of Personal. Below that, paying per stamp is cheaper and we would rather you did that. A plan also unlocks putting a stamp straight onto a PDF, which pay as you go does not include.

Can I cancel a subscription?

At any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and have downloaded nothing under it, we refund that payment in full.

What happens to my stamps if I stop paying?

Any file you have already downloaded is yours and keeps working, because it is a file on your machine and nothing here can reach it. Your saved designs stay in your library; you go back to paying per download to get new files out.

Why is it not free like the other stamp makers?

Several are free, and designing here is free too. What the free tools do not do is knock the white background out of an uploaded logo, keep the date and serial as editable text in a Word file, save a library you can come back to, or run a serial counter on a server so a number is never issued twice. Those need infrastructure, and that is what the download pays for.

Which currencies can I pay in?

Prices are quoted and charged in US dollars. Paystack handles the payment, so your bank does the conversion at its own rate.
