Terms of Service
Last updated 14 August 2026
These terms cover your use of Estamplab at https://estamplab.com. Using the stamp maker means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the service.
What the service is
Estamplab is a design tool. It draws a stamp or seal image from the wording, shape, colour and artwork you choose, and gives you that image as a file. The drawing happens in your own browser.
It is not a signing platform, a notarisation service, a registry, or a certification authority. It does not verify who you are, does not check that you are entitled to use any name, title, registration number or emblem you type into a stamp, and does not make a document legally binding.
Your account
You can design and preview a stamp without an account. An account is needed to save a stamp to a library, to keep a serial sequence across downloads, and to hold a subscription.
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details private. Tell us at info@estamplab.com if you believe someone else has used it.
We may suspend an account that is being used for the prohibited purposes below, or that is charging back payments in bad faith. Where we do, we will say why.
Payment
Designing and previewing are free. Downloading a stamp file is paid, either as a one-off purchase or as part of a subscription. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay and are charged in US dollars.
Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not receive or store your card number. Paystack has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply to the payment itself.
A subscription renews automatically at the interval you chose until it is cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
We may change prices. A change never affects a purchase already made, and for a subscription it takes effect at the next renewal, not mid-period.
What you may do with a stamp you make
The stamp you design is yours. You may use it commercially, put it on documents, print it, and include it in other work, with no attribution and no further fee.
That licence covers the image the tool generates. It does not transfer rights in anything you did not own to begin with, most obviously a logo or emblem you uploaded.
You may not resell access to the tool itself, or run a stamp-making service on top of it, without a written agreement.
What you may not use it for
You may not create a stamp that impersonates a real organisation, public body, court, regulator or professional you are not authorised to represent.
You may not use it to make a forged, altered or misleading document, or to imitate an official seal in order to deceive someone.
You may not use a name, registration number, professional title or coat of arms you are not entitled to use.
Whether a particular stamp is lawful depends on where you are and what you do with it. Making a mark that looks official is not the same as being entitled to apply it, and that distinction is yours to get right.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because something upstream has failed.
Because a stamp is rendered in your browser, a saved copy of a downloaded file keeps working whether or not this site does.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit or business, or for any consequence of a document you stamped.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last substantive change, and continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.
Questions about these terms go to info@estamplab.com.
