Refund Policy

A stamp download is a digital file, delivered instantly and impossible to return. That does not mean every sale is final, and this sets out exactly when we refund.

We refund, no argument

The file never arrived, or the download failed and could not be retried.

The file is broken: it will not open, it is empty, or it does not match the stamp you designed and previewed.

You were charged more than once for the same stamp.

You were charged after cancelling a subscription.

In any of these cases write to info@estamplab.com with the payment reference and we will refund in full. We would rather refund a genuine problem quickly than argue about it.

Where we usually cannot

You designed the stamp, previewed exactly what you were buying, downloaded it, and then changed your mind about the wording or the design. The preview is the product: what you saw is what the file contains, which is why the preview is free and unlimited.

You bought the single-format download and afterwards wanted the full pack. Write to us anyway: we will normally put the amount you already paid towards the pack rather than charge you twice.

Subscriptions

Cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not billed again.

If you cancel within 14 days of your first subscription payment and have downloaded nothing under it, we refund that payment in full.

We do not automatically refund an unused period after that, but if you subscribed by mistake, or a renewal caught you out and you have not used it, tell us and we will sort it out.

How to ask

Email info@estamplab.com with the email address you paid from and the payment reference from your receipt.

We reply within two working days. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method, and Paystack typically takes five to ten working days to settle it.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee and takes months to resolve, whereas we can usually refund the same day.
