Certified true copy stamp
A stamp declaring that a copy has been checked against the original and matches it.
Usually carries the words "Certified True Copy", a signature line, the certifier’s name or title, and a date.
The stamp is a record of a check someone actually performed. Applying it to a document you have not compared against an original is a misrepresentation, whatever the stamp says.
