Commissioner for oaths
A person authorised to administer oaths and take affidavits, whose stamp carries their commission details.
Common across Commonwealth jurisdictions. The stamp normally carries the name, the words "Commissioner for Oaths", the commission details and a date line, because an affidavit has to record when it was sworn.
