Can I add my name and title?
Yes, as a fixed line under the wording, or as a signature line if a person signs across it by hand.
Can each approval have its own number?
Yes. Save the stamp and tick the numbering option at download, and each file takes the next number in that stamp’s sequence.
Does an approval stamp have legal force?
It records that an approval was given. Whether that approval binds anyone comes from your own authority and your organisation’s rules, not from the stamp.
