PAID stamp generator for invoices and receipts
A PAID stamp generator producing a transparent PNG you can drop onto any invoice, with an optional date and reference.
The PAID stamp is the simplest thing in accounts payable and the one most often done badly: a screenshot of somebody else’s stamp, pasted on with a white box around it that covers the line items underneath.
What you get
- Transparent background, so the invoice text still reads around the mark.
- Bold, legible wording at the size a stamp is actually used.
- Optional date, reference and serial.
- High-resolution version for anything going to print.
How to make it
- Open the stamp maker and pick a shape, or start from a template.
- Type your wording, then set the colour, border and size.
- Add the date, time, serial number or logo, and position each one.
- Preview it live, then download. Designing and previewing are free.
Questions
Why does the transparent background matter?
Because a stamp on a white background dropped onto an invoice covers whatever is beneath it with a white rectangle. A transparent one sits over the text the way ink would.
What size should the stamp be?
Something close to a real rubber stamp, roughly 40 to 60mm across for a round one. The preview is already at that proportion, and the print versions carry the resolution for it.
Can I use it commercially?
Yes. The stamp you design is yours, with no attribution and no further fee, provided you are entitled to use whatever name or title appears on it.
