Which format for which document
PNG for anything going on a PDF or into an email signature: transparency is what stops a white rectangle sitting over the page text. SVG for a printer, because it is drawn from instructions rather than pixels and will not blur at 300dpi or at poster size. DOCX if somebody needs to drop the stamp into a letter template and does not want to think about image placement. JPG almost never, because it cannot hold transparency at all.

Is the PNG really transparent?
Yes, with a genuine alpha channel rather than a white background that looks transparent against a white page. Put it on a coloured or textured document and the paper shows through the gaps in the ring.
What is in the full pack?

Is there a watermark on the download?
