Rubber stamp sample design
A sample design is worth more than a picture of one, because what people are checking is the wording: which lines a stamp of this type carries, in what order. The samples below are written out as text for the four types that get asked about most, so you can compare them against what your own document needs before opening the editor.
Templates you can start from

Four samples, written out
Company round seal: registered name on the top arc, COMMON SEAL or the registration number on the bottom arc, year or a crest in the centre. Received stamp: RECEIVED across the top, a dated line below it, then a blank ruled line for initials. Certified true copy: CERTIFIED TRUE COPY OF THE ORIGINAL, then a signature line, then name and designation, then a date. Address stamp: company name, street, city and postcode, left aligned, no border. The pattern across all four is that the wording carries the meaning and the border carries nothing.
Questions
Which sample suits an invoice?
Usually none of the four on their own. Invoices tend to take a PAID or RECEIVED mark with a date, beside the company stamp rather than instead of it, because the two say different things.
Do I have to follow the sample exactly?
No, except where a body receiving the document prescribes the wording, which is common for certified copies and for professional seals. Where nothing is prescribed, the convention exists to be recognised quickly, and deviating makes the mark slower to read.
Estamplab is a design tool. This page describes common commercial practice rather than giving legal advice, and practice changes. Where a specific document matters, check the requirement with the body receiving it. Only produce a mark your own organisation or your own credentials are entitled to use.
