Rubber stamp template
A rubber stamp template is a finished layout with placeholder wording, built so that replacing the text does not break the arrangement. That is the part most downloadable templates get wrong: they are flat images, so the only way to change the words is to cover them up. Why a downloadable template is usually a dead end
Search for a rubber stamp template and most results are PNG or JPG files, sometimes a Word document with an image in it. The image is flat: the words in it are pixels, so changing "YOUR COMPANY LTD" to your actual name means drawing a white box over it and typing on top, which never lines up with the curve. A template is only useful if the text is still text, which is the whole difference here.

Can I get the template as a Word file?
Yes, DOCX is one of the download formats, with the stamp placed as an image. The editing happens here first, because once it is in Word the ring text is a picture again.
Are the templates free?
Opening and editing any of them costs nothing. The charge is per downloaded file, the same as designing from scratch.
