Every preview on this page carries a faint Estamplab watermark. Your own download does not: the editor renders your stamp again, clean, as a transparent PNG, an SVG or a PDF. See the full template library.
Doing one document at a time is right for one document. It is the wrong shape entirely for a payroll run, a cohort of certificates, a month of invoices or an intake of forms, where the same mark goes on hundreds of files in the same place. Bulk stamping treats the run as the unit: one placement, one numbering rule, one file back with everything done.
What you get
- The same stamp in the same position across every file in the batch.
- Sequential numbering, where each document takes the next number and no number is ever issued twice.
- Dates that resolve per document, so each one carries its own.
- Mixed batches of PDF and Word, returned in the format they arrived in.
- Output named from a rule, so the files come back sorted rather than needing renaming.
- Set up through the corporate request form, with the volume, the cadence and the format.
How to make it
- Open the tool and drop your PDF or Word file onto the page.
- Pick a stamp from your library, or design one in the pop-up designer.
- Click the page where the stamp goes, then drag it or resize it from the corner.
- Download the stamped copy. Your original file is never modified.
Questions
How many documents counts as bulk?
Anything past about twenty is faster to send as a batch than to do by hand. There is no upper limit that matters; runs of several thousand are the normal case for payroll and certificates.
Can each document get a different number?
Yes, that is the main reason people ask. Each file takes the next serial in the sequence, and the counter cannot issue the same number twice, so the run is traceable afterwards.
Is this a one-off or ongoing?
Either. A single run for a cohort of certificates, or a standing arrangement for a monthly invoice run. Say which in the request and the price reflects it.
What about the documents themselves?
Handling is agreed before anything is sent, including how long files are kept and how they are returned. For a run of payroll or identity documents that conversation happens first, in writing.
How do I ask?
The corporate request form on the pricing page. Say how many documents, how often, what stamp, and whether they need numbering, and you get a price back rather than a sales call.
