Every preview on this page carries a faint Estamplab watermark. Your own download does not: the editor renders your stamp again, clean, as a transparent PNG, an SVG or a PDF. See the full template library.

Every other tool for this asks for the same three things before it will do anything: an account, a card on file for a free trial, and your document on their server. All three are a cost, and the third is the one people notice too late. Here the account is optional, the payment is two dollars once with an email address, and the file is opened by your own browser and never sent anywhere.

What you get

How to make it

  1. Open the tool and drop your PDF or Word file onto the page.
  2. Pick a stamp from your library, or design one in the pop-up designer.
  3. Click the page where the stamp goes, then drag it or resize it from the corner.
  4. Download the stamped copy. Your original file is never modified.

Questions

Do I really not need an account?

No account. Upload, place, download, pay with an email address at the last step. The account exists for people who stamp often and want their stamps saved with a serial counter, and it changes nothing about this path.

Where does my document go?

Nowhere. The PDF is read by your browser and the stamped copy is assembled there. It is never transmitted to us, which is also why the work has to stay in the tab until you have downloaded it.

Why do you ask for an email at all?

To send the receipt and the download link for the file you paid for. It is not used for anything else.

Is there a free version?

Designing the stamp, uploading the document, placing the stamp and looking at the result are all free with no account. The two dollars is for the finished file. There is no free stamped download, because that is the product.

What is the catch on the price?

There is not one, and that is the point of charging for the file rather than the account. Two dollars covers that document. Nothing recurs, and nothing needs cancelling.

Estamplab is a design tool. This page describes common commercial practice rather than giving legal, tax or financial advice, and practice changes. Where a specific document matters, check the requirement with the body receiving it. Only produce a mark your own organisation or your own credentials are entitled to use.
