Yes. A date, a time, or both, positioned wherever they fit the attestation stamp. An empty date field means "whenever this is used", so the impression records the real day.
What format do I get?
You choose an image format for $1.50, or take everything zipped for $4.50. The pack is where the SVG and the PDF live, and where the Word version of the attestation stamp keeps its date as real text.
Who can attest a document?
It depends on the jurisdiction and on who is asking for it: commonly a notary, a commissioner for oaths, an advocate, or a specified public officer. Attesting a document without the standing to do so is a misrepresentation, and the Terms here require that you hold the authority for any seal you produce.
