A utility stamp template is the everyday mark, an address block or a dated stamp, laid out as straight stacked lines because those are read rather than admired.
The highest-volume marks on any desk and the least glamorous. An address stamp saves real accumulated time on envelopes and forms. A date stamp turns a mark into a record, and the digital version has no rotating bands to forget to roll over, which is how a physical one ends up printing yesterday.

What should an address stamp include?
The business name and the address, sometimes a phone number or website. Three or four straight lines, nothing curved, because this mark is read rather than admired. Keep a short version for tight boxes.
Does the date fill itself in?
Yes. A date field takes today’s date automatically, or one you set, and it stays editable after download in the Word format.
Why does my physical date stamp show the wrong date?
Because the rotating bands have to be turned by hand every morning and somebody forgot. A digital date stamp has no bands, which removes the failure entirely.
What size is an address stamp?
Around 56mm by 22mm here, which is the conventional rectangular size and enough for four lines without crowding.
