What a company stamp in Brazil usually carries

The company name, the razão social, as registered.

Is a carimbo required in Brazil?

CNPJ or CPF?

The CNPJ identifies a company and is what belongs on a company stamp. The CPF identifies an individual, and appears on a personal or professional stamp instead.

What about the Inscrição Estadual?

Companies registered for state tax commonly add it, particularly where the stamp is used on notas fiscais or goods paperwork.
