Is a company seal required in Ukraine?

No. The 2017 reform removed the requirement, and a document may not lawfully be refused solely because it carries no seal. Many organisations still ask, and many companies still keep one, but that is habit rather than a rule you have to satisfy.

What is the EDRPOU code and does it go on the stamp?

It is the eight-digit identifier for a legal entity in the unified state register, and yes, it is the line worth having on the mark. A stamp with a name and no code cannot be checked against anything.

Does a FOP need a stamp?
