The full company name in Russian, including the ООО or АО form.

Questions

Is a company seal required in Russia?

No. Federal Law 82-FZ of 2015 removed the obligation for an LLC or a joint-stock company to keep one, and documents can be signed without it. Check the charter though: if the charter says the company has a seal, that provision binds the company and counterparties may rely on it.

What is on a Russian company stamp?
