Does a Ghanaian company need a common seal?

Not as a general requirement. The Companies Act 2019 makes the common seal optional and allows execution without it. Check the company regulations, because a provision there requiring a seal for a particular instrument binds the company even though the general law does not.

What should a company stamp in Ghana show?

The registered name as filed with the Registrar General, and the TIN. On an office stamp add the address. Leave out the phone number, which changes far more often than a stamp does.
