What a company stamp in Mexico usually carries

The company name, the razón social, as registered.
The RFC, the tax registration code, which is twelve characters for a company.
The registered address, and often the phone number.
Sometimes the trading name alongside the razón social.

Is a company stamp required in Mexico?

Is this the same as a sello digital?

No, and the distinction matters. A Certificado de Sello Digital is a cryptographic certificate issued by the SAT for signing electronic invoices. This makes a stamp image, which is a different thing entirely.
