A hotel or a restaurant orders one stamp with the logo on it, uses it four times, and then spends the year improvising the marks it actually needed. The useful ones are less glamorous than the identity mark.

The ones that get used
The paid mark on a folio or bill. With a date and a reference, because a guest querying a charge three weeks later is the whole reason it exists. See the paid stamp and received and paid stamps.
The received mark on deliveries. Every kitchen takes deliveries daily, most against a paper note, and the dated mark is what backs a credit claim on a short delivery. See the goods received stamp.
The invoice mark for corporate accounts. A hotel invoicing a company needs the company identity mark on it. See the company stamp and the hotel stamp.
The loyalty mark. Ten coffees, ten impressions. Small, fast, and the one place in this list where a distinctive shape is doing real work, because it is difficult to copy casually.
The booking confirmation mark. For markets where a stamped confirmation is expected on a visa or travel document, which is a real requirement in several places and worth having ready.
What goes on the identity mark
Name, town, and the registration or tax number if it goes on invoices. Not the phone number, not the website, and not the tagline: those change, and a stamp with an old phone number quietly misdirects people for years.
The restaurant stamp page holds the layouts, and the industry templates hold the rest.
Ink, on the surfaces hospitality actually stamps
Menus and loyalty cards are usually coated stock, and a dye pad on coated card stays wet long enough to smear on the next thing it touches. A pigment pad sits on the surface and dries; it costs a little more and it is the difference between a clean card and a smudge.
Thermal receipt paper is worse: the mark will fade with the print. Anything that needs to last does not belong on a till receipt.
The corporate side
Corporate bookings, event contracts and supplier agreements are PDFs, and they are the documents where a company mark is actually asked for. Applying it to the file beats printing a contract to stamp it.

The honest limits
Estamplab is a design tool. This page describes common commercial practice rather than giving legal, tax or accounting advice, and invoicing requirements differ by jurisdiction, so check any specific requirement with your own accountant.
Only produce a mark your own business is entitled to use.
